---Our highly motivated team's, work in team of two and deliver the best experience to our customers in the East Valley cities of: Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Sun Lakes / and Gold Canyon and San Tan Valley ( on certain days of the week).

Professional House Cleaner Responsibilities:· Travel to our customer's homes as part of a team to perform routine and specific tasks as assigned. · Provide top quality work and customer service to our customers through various tasks and communications· Perform general cleaning and sanitizing task through the assigned property· Use Two Maids cleaning procedures and best practices· Clean & disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, bedrooms, and floor· Transport cleaning products to and from job sites· Provide great customer service to clients· Attend and participate in any team meetings. Our highly motivated team's, work in team of two and deliver the best experience to our customers in the East Valley cities of: Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, Mesa, Apache Junction, Sun Lakes / and Gold Canyon and San Tan Valley ( on certain days of the week).

Our team's are provided all equipment; Medical grade cleaning chemicals; and schedules
Our team's are Full-time house cleaners that work Monday - Friday 7: 30 am - 5 pm ( or when finished with route for the day) No Nights! No Weekends! No Major Holidays
Team's service 1 - 4 home per day and earn up to 20% commission on each house they service with our Pay for Performance payscale
Our team's are licensed, bonded, and insured. Must pay a criminal history background check.
Semi-Monthly pay: paid on the 5th and 21st each month. KEEP ALL TIPS!! ( Average pay for each team member: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour )

Our Two Maids location has been recognized as the #3 cleaning service in the United States for providing free house cleaning services for patients that are going through cancer treatments. Our teams love to help others in our community and want to make a difference in our customer's lives.

*The Musts:

Willing to work full time
Want to work in a team environment
Must pass a background check
Must be willing to train and take constructive feedback
Has reliable transportation and car insurance. ( You will utilize your own vehicle to get to and from homes. We reimburse gas mileage)

Once offered the position, we will conduct orientation and start your training the next business day. (up to 5 days paid training) Orientation is held on Monday's only, first day of training would be Tuesday!

Qualities:

Must be able to take direction / Must be a fast and eager learner / We are willing to train. Learn hands-on from our team members and Training Manager to set your new career in the right step.
Our team environment meets for morning meetings to start the day, so must be a morning person to attend our 7:30 am meeting. We say arrive no later than 7:15 to have enough time to load equipment.
